Returns Policy

We're sorry that in most circumstances it's not possible to make changes to your order once you've placed it.

  • To add products to your order, please place a new order for these items
  • To change details of your delivery address, remove items from your order or cancel it completely, please e-mail with your request, order number and details and we will contact you accordingly
  • If your order has already been dispatched or delivered, then you'll need to follow our Returns procedure

Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013

This legislation offers you the following cancellation rights when you buy online or by phone:

  • You are entitled to cancel your contract if you so wish, provided that you exercise your right no longer than 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods or services
  • Your right to return products does not apply to goods made to your specification, that have been clearly personalised or which by reason of their nature cannot be returned
  • If you wish to exercise your right of cancellation, you are obliged to retain possession of the goods and take reasonable care of them
  • To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel your contract by a clear statement, including details of your name, address, details of the order you wish to cancel and your phone number and email address
  • You can cancel by email:
  • If you decide to cancel, you should return the goods to us at your cost within 14 days of such cancellation and we will reimburse to you (by the method used to pay for the original transaction) the amount in relation to goods to which cancellation rights apply
  • We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. We will make the reimbursement no later than 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied

Items not Required - 30 Days to Return

  • We will not be able to accept the return of any product that is made to a specific specification or has been ordered on a special basis
  • We will provide as much information within the content of our product pages to allow you to make an informed decision on your purchase.  However, should you require to return any product, we will allow you to do so within 30 days of the day of receipt.  Please email with your request, order number and details and we will contact you accordingly
  • You will be responsible for the return of the goods and must track them using a reputable carrier
  • We ask you to ensure the goods are returned to us in their unopened original packaging and in saleable condition

  • We will refund the total cost of the goods less any carriage charges incurred.

Faulty, Incorrectly Supplied or Damaged Items - 30 Days to Return

  • If we have supplied an item incorrectly, or if it is damaged or  faulty when received you should notify us within 24 hours of receipt. Email with your request, order number and details and we will contact you accordingly
  • Master Abrasives Ltd will arrange for the collection of the goods. Should we, after inspection of said items be satisfied as to the alleged defects we will either repair or replace the goods or if specifically requested arrange a refund of the full value of the goods and any carriage costs incurred
  • It is advisable to inspect the goods prior to signing for delivery. If you can see any damage whatsoever to the packaging sign for the goods as damaged. If this is not possible please ensure you sign for the goods unexamined to allow us to take any claims up with our delivery partners if necessary
  • All our tools come with the standard manufacturer's warranty where applicable. Please check our warranty details for each manufacturer
